Happy new year, and what a time it has been! We ended 2022 with quite the bang—not only did we have our first team meetup in over three years, but the month saw some really great advice shared on the Cliniko blog, the advent of a new Community forum, as well as a long-awaited episode of Cliniko & Coffee. 2023 has started out pretty fun, as well, with the addition of practitioner signatures to letters!
On the blog
- The all new Cliniko community has been released! This is a supportive, safe, private, and friendly space that gives people working in healthcare the chance to connect with one another and discuss important topics, including all things Cliniko and more. It’s largely chat-based and we’re hoping that it facilitates some great conversations between healthcare professionals around the world. Head over here to learn more about it and join if you’d like!
- Watch our most recent recording of Cliniko & Coffee. This one took place during the team meetup, so you may catch some additional friendly faces during Joel’s coffee-making session!
- When costs are rising, marketing may be one of the first things that gets cut back—but it’s not necessarily going to save your clinic more money in the long run. Our resident marketing and growth expert, Michelle, offers some handy tips on how to approach marketing for your clinic when times might be getting tough.
- Last year, we surveyed allied health practitioners and asked about the top five challenges they’re facing in their clinics. The results are in—along with some tips from top industry business coaches on how to make things easier!
Australian dietician Yvonne O’Halloran shares how Cliniko has helped her nutrition practice, and offers tips and advice for other nutritionists and dieticians who may be looking for their ideal practice management software.
Meet our connected apps
In each newsletter, we’ll be shining the spotlight on one of our connected apps partners!
This month, let’s introduce you to Theratrak. Theratrak empowers allied health clinicians with digital tools to prescribe, monitor, and track custom home therapy programs for participants, and is on a mission to improve access to clinical support outside of therapy sessions.
We hope you’re having a great new year. As always, thanks for stopping by, and we’ll be back next month with more updates!
