2025 in review!

Here’s a roundup of all the new Cliniko features, videos, and blog posts we released last year.

Re-capping has become a bit of a cultural convention and we’re here for it! As we move into 2026, we first wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of the highlights from last year.

Across 2025, you would’ve noticed some big improvements to Cliniko, including new ways to automate your communications, greater precision with invoices, the addition of passkeys, a timesaving shortcut to update your patient details, and more. With 82 connected apps now integrating with Cliniko (28 new ones joined last year), you’ll also find a range of additional options to extend what your practice can offer. And as always, we were working hard to keep Cliniko as secure and reliable as ever.

You might know that we’re committed to leaving the world a slightly better place than we found it and 2025 was no exception. In October the total amount that we’ve donated to charity over the years crossed the $3 million AUD mark! Sea Shepherd Australia became our main charitable partner and we teamed up with them to launch a t-shirt, with a gorgeous illustration from our in-house designer (there are even a few left in stock if you missed out). We also offset all our historical carbon emissions, which means we’re now officially carbon neutral since the very beginning of Cliniko!

Behind the scenes, our team had a fun year—many of us caught up face to face in November at one of our annual get-togethers (or “meetups” as we call them), which is one crucial way that we stay connected as a fully remote company. We also added six new people to our support team across the year in both the UK and Australia, giving us more capacity than ever to give you quick and helpful answers when you write in. Finally, it was an honour to be recognised for our work culture and included on the Australian Financial Review BOSS Best Places to Work list.

Here’s a roundup of anything you might’ve missed.
