This month brings a few updates to Cliniko that we’re excited to share with you. We were also thrilled to host another Cliniko & Coffee session, where our founder Joel answered a bunch of your top questions. But that’s not all – read on for the full scoop of news for March!
Newest Cliniko updates
- For those of you in Australia, we’ve set up a way for you to process Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) claims through the Medipass integration of Cliniko!
- We’ve made a change that allows you to set up automated appointment cancellation emails – once enabled, you’ll no longer need to manually notify patients when an appointment is cancelled.
- You can now add extra information to your business details (like street directions or parking tips) that can be included in communications with your patients.
On the blog
Our founder Joel recently hosted Cliniko & Coffee, our take on a Q&A session. Joel brewed up a delicious filter coffee and chatted about a bunch of Cliniko updates. If you missed watching it live, don’t worry – we’ve put up a recording and a summary of what Joel said.
We also had physiotherapist Winnie Lu share her experiences of mentoring allied health students in her practice. If you’ve ever thought about opening your doors to clinical placement students but felt unsure if it was the right step, this article will give you some food for thought.
That's all for this month! See you in April for our next update.
