It's an exciting time here, we're looking to add a few more people to the Cliniko team.
We're not a business that grows for the sake of growth. We care a lot about the quality of people in our team, and the stability of Cliniko for the long term. With this in mind, we hire rarely, and offer a pretty decent job when we do.
Right now we're hiring for:
- Customer Support (US time zone)
- Growth Marketer
We're going to find some exceptional people to join our team in these roles, and work towards making Cliniko better for our customers. It will also help us towards our mission of making the world a little bit better.
In case you don't know much about how we operate, we aim to create an environment that allows our team to do their best work and live happy lives. Some things we do a little differently include:
- A completely remote team, people work from where they want (and all over the world).
- 30-hour work weeks (full time pay)
- Complete autonomy
- Unlimited annual leave (4 weeks minimum p/year)
- Supplied computer equipment (top of the line)
- Ergonomic furniture
- Fresh organic fruit weekly to your home
- Overseas trips for full team meet-ups (family invited and paid for too)
- No managers
- No meetings
We do our bit to help our team do their best work, and of course we look to hire amazing people that will do right by our customers.
If this sounds interesting to you, please have a look at the jobs available here https://jobs.lever.co/redguava/.
A tiny bit of advice, if you're going to apply, we do get lots of applications (we'll have more than 1,000 applicants for these roles), so please spend your time and submit a thoughtful application. Give yourself the best chance!
