It’s been a busy few months at Cliniko and we’ve launched several new additions and improvements—all of which can save you considerable time! You can now put more of your patient communications on autopilot using Cliniko, use passkeys to log into your account, and use decimal quantities on your invoices. Here’s the full list of the most recent upgrades to Cliniko.
Features
- Use Cliniko to send your patients multiple pre-appointment reminders and follow up messages! Some major improvements to patient communications in Cliniko lets you put more of your messaging on autopilot and customise your communications to reach the specific people that you want (such as no-shows or those who haven’t rebooked). From helping patients remember their appointments to encouraging them to rebook, these new messaging options are a gamechanger!
- Whether your invoices need to record the precise hours that you’ve worked, the kilometres you’ve travelled, or the exact amount of stock you’ve sold, enabling the new calculation method allows you to use decimal quantities.
- Passkeys have arrived at Cliniko! This gives you another option for logging into your Cliniko account that’s extremely secure and once you’ve got it set up, is also the most convenient.
- Administrators can now allow practitioners to create and edit treatment note templates.
Practice management tips
- If you’re not exactly sure how a passkey works, here’s a 101 crash course on the topic. We’re answering your frequently asked questions and taking you through why passkeys are excellent for digital security and an easy login option.
- While phone calls are great in many contexts, using this as your primary method of taking patient bookings is not ideal. Read more about why having an online booking system in place can be far more convenient for you and more inclusive for your patients.
Coffee break reads
- Values and ethics at ClinikoAt Cliniko, we’re always striving to be ethical. But what does this mean? Here’s an outline of some of our key values and the ways that we put our money where our mouth is—donating 2% of our revenue to charity and being fully carbon neutral is just the beginning.
Connected app
Cliniscripts offers AI-driven software that can help mental health practitioners transcribe and organise their treatment notes. It can also assist with billing and documentation, reducing the amount of time that goes towards admin.
