Practitioners can now receive notifications for rescheduled appointments!

It’s always helpful to get a clear heads-up when your schedule changes, and now you can! Practitioners can enable rescheduling notifications to stay effortlessly in the loop whenever an appointment is moved.

It’s quick to set up and helps keep your day running smoothly. No need to constantly check your calendar and no surprises—just simple, reliable updates in real time.

When rescheduling notifications are enabled, Cliniko can let you know straight away when another team member moves one of your appointments.

You can choose:

  • How you’re notified, whether that’s by email, SMS, or both.
  • When you’re notified, whether that’s for changes to all appointments or only for those within the next 1-14 days.

Turning on rescheduling notifications is quick and easy:

  1. 1.Within Cliniko, head to My info
  2. 2.Select Edit your practitioner settings
  3. 3.Scroll down to Calendar rescheduling notifications
  4. 4.Choose your preferences
  5. 5.Save
