New online payment features available!

Say goodbye to the hassle of endless emails and payment back-and-forths 👋. Now, you can effortlessly send and request payments directly from Cliniko. This includes sending invoices and payment links instantly via email, SMS, or QR code.

Previously, our Stripe integration only allowed you to process deposits and advance payments at the time of online bookings. Some highlights and new features we’ve introduced:

1. 1.Automatic payment links: Automatically generate and add payment links to your emailed invoices.
2. 2.SMS payment requests: Send payment requests directly via SMS!
3. 3.QR code functionality: Want to share a QR code with your patient for easy access to the payment page? You can do that too! Each QR code is unique to the invoice, so it's very secure.
4. 4.Multiple payment methods: Patients can now pay with Google Pay, Apple Pay, or credit cards.
5. 5.Logs: All online payments and related communications are automatically recorded in Cliniko for easy tracking.
