Update your Cliniko records in bulk

There’s a quick new way for you to make bulk updates to existing Cliniko records. You no longer need to edit each record manually—you can make changes en masse and save yourself time! The Data Import Tool doesn’t only import new records, it now also lets you update existing records from a CSV spreadsheet you provide.

This change is for account Administrators and specifically applies to patient details, contacts, products, and billable items. The way to use it is simple: you’ll export your records from Cliniko into a CSV file in your spreadsheet tool of choice, make any changes you want, and then import the spreadsheet back into Cliniko. All the updates you’ve made will be reflected in Cliniko immediately!

There are many ways that it’ll come in handy for you, including if you’re:

• Tidying up inactive patient profiles or reactivating archived ones.
• Updating a whole bunch of patient phone numbers or email addresses at once.
• Changing any aspect of your products or billable items, such as pricing.
• Fixing any data errors across multiple records (like a sneaky typo).
