New Cliniko Community and a fresh new support site

Emily Gable·

Over the past month, you may have noticed some changes in how you experience support! We’ve launched two things that we’re pretty stoked about!

  • A new space for the Cliniko Community.
  • A new support site!

Why are we excited about these things? Because they mean an even better Cliniko experience for you! Read on and share the excitement with us! 🎉

Drumroll, please…🥁

The Cliniko Community: a new place to share the knowledge!

There’s a new hangout in town, and it’s called the Cliniko Community! It’s probably not as cool as your high school hangout — you know, that one friend’s house that had an N64 and a Sega, where you were allowed to raid the fridge and order pizza for dinner — but it comes close. 🍕 👾 Trust us.

You can almost hear the Mario Kart music in the background, right?! 🎮

The Community is a super cool space where you can chat with other people about, well, everything. It doesn’t have to be just Cliniko-related! Curious about how other clinics handle patient retention? Ask about it! Want to know more about how others in your modality hire staff? Fire away! Desperate to get advice on how you should be marketing those awesome new horse/dog/cat/goblin shark yoga classes you’ve just started offering? The Community is the place to go!

And, of course, if you’re aching to know more about what’s new in Cliniko, Rachel’s got you covered with weekly updates!

Head on over and join the discussion — and while you’re there, consider adding your favorite Cliniko tip! We’d absolutely love to hear it!

A brand spankin’ new support site!

We’re also pretty thrilled about this one! We’ve given the support site a much-needed facelift. Seriously, it was time. It was still using MySpace.

The shinier, fancier support site now lives at help.cliniko.com! It’s a really simple interface, but it has a whole lot of super helpful articles on how to use Cliniko. One of the cool things about the new support site is that when you send us a message in Cliniko, we can pop an article right into our response, and you can open it easily without needing to leave the page! If you haven’t seen it in action, here’s what it looks like!

While we think that feature is pretty cool, there’s another awesome thing, as well — “smart suggestions”! When you write to us with a question, you’ll see that you’re presented with some articles that might help:

Ooh, fancy! 🕺💃

It’s still learning, though, so if it gets it wrong, give it some slack — it just needs a few more cups of coffee to get it through the day!

If it tells you what you need to know, that’s great! If none of the suggestions work, though, don’t fret — our team is still just a message away. Plus, we’re constantly adding new articles, and if there’s something you’d like to see, let us know!

Like we said, we’re pretty dang excited about both of these. We’re really looking forward to seeing you become active on the Community and help it to grow! Share your favorite tip, chat with other Cliniko users, and check out what we’ve been working on. It’s definitely a party over there!

As always, if you have any questions, let us know!
