Find missing revenue

RIFT (Rapid Intelligence Financial Tracking) is a billing tool, designed to find lost revenue. Built in Australia for allied health practices like psychology, physiotherapy, podiatry and many other similar clinics. Availble only to practices in Australia.

Once integrated to a Cliniko account, RIFT automatically checks the practice's billing for money that was earned but never collected. Appointments that were never invoiced, invoices still unpaid long after the session, and no-show or late-cancellation fees that were never raised. The result is a clear report of exactly what is outstanding and why.

RIFT then drafts the follow-up emails and chases each outstanding item until it is resolved, with the practice approving every send by default. Notes already on an invoice, such as "paid separately", are read and respected before anything is chased.

How the integration works:

• Setup takes about five minutes: create an API key in Cliniko and paste it into RIFT.
• RIFT syncs read-only from Cliniko daily. Nothing in the Cliniko account is ever changed.
• RIFT reads appointments, invoices and their line items, practitioners, and patient cases. Treatment notes, letters, and attachments are never requested.
• Disconnecting is immediate: remove the key in RIFT, or delete it in Cliniko.

Data is processed and hosted in Australia, API keys are stored encrypted, and patient information never leaves the analysis pipeline. Details can be found on RIFT's security page.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the number of active practitioners, measured from the practice's own data: from $99 AUD/month for solo and two-practitioner clinics. Every practice sees its own leak report free, before paying anything.
