Recoup connects your Cliniko account to ACC, bringing all your practice's invoicing and reporting into one place. You continue managing your clinic in Cliniko, while Recoup handles the ACC administration.

ACC Claims

• Lodge claims: Submit ACC45 claims directly using ACC codes and SNOMED diagnoses, with patient details pre-filled from Cliniko.
• Patient intake: Patients can complete and sign their ACC45 from an intake link or clinic iPad.
• Import claims: Import existing claims directly from ACC.
• Track treatments: Tag visits to claims and monitor treatment usage against ACC allowances.
• Request treatments: Submit ACC32 requests with details automatically filled from the claim.

Invoicing and Payments

• Batch invoicing: Send batch invoices from your appointment book to ACC with correct GST handling.
