HaemoSync

HaemoSync is a reporting and workflow tool for private clinics that order blood tests from multiple UK laboratories. It allows clinics to manage test selection, results, and reporting through a single system, instead of working across multiple lab portals and formats.

How it works

Before testing, HaemoSync suggests appropriate test panels based on a patient's information and presenting concerns. Clinicians can then review and approve all recommendations before tests are ordered. This helps standardise panel selection across the clinic and supports non-clinical staff in discussing available testing options.

When results are ready, HaemoSync imports them from partner laboratories in the UK such as Alderley Lighthouse Labs and Inuvi. It generates structured, standardised reports for clinicians to review, highlights values outside reference ranges, produces patient-friendly summaries explaining results, and supports follow-up planning with suggested next steps.

Who it’s for

HaemoSync is made to assist private GP practices, sports and rehabilitation clinics, functional medicine practitioners, and clinics working with more than one laboratory provider. It currently integrates with UK laboratories only.

Cliniko integration

HaemoSync's integration with Cliniko works by linking results and reports to patient records. Reports can be reviewed and shared directly from within the workflow, and there is no need to manage separate systems for labs and reporting.
