DataFlows SMS

DataFlows connects to Cliniko via the API to automate patient SMS communications with no coding or staff action required.

What it does

DataFlows syncs with your connected Cliniko account continuously and triggers the right SMS at the right time. They are sent automatically before each appointment and patients can reply to confirm, cancel, or rebook their appointment. An SMS can be sent after each visit to follow up with your patients!

Patient replies are handled by AI, with confirmations sent back to Cliniko automatically. Should the patient want to cancel, or if they have questions for the team, they are escalated to staff.

For patients who are set up to be recalled, an SMS can be configured to automatically be sent out when the date comes up. Invoices can also be configured to be sent by SMS, along with the payment link for the invoice.

How it integrates

DataFlows connects using your Cliniko API key. Setup takes under five minutes: create a DataFlows account, enter your API key, and choose which automations to enable! No coding or IT work required on your end.

Data synced

DataFlows reads appointments, patients, recalls, and invoice data from Cliniko. Appointment confirmation statuses are sent back to Cliniko automatically via the API.
