AI Jane provides Cliniko-ready scheduling that feels human and reduces the cycle of missed calls and call backs. It can ask qualifying questions, select the correct appointment type, collect email addresses, and even determine if the caller is a good fit for your clinic.

Jane does more than simply make an appointment. It is able to handle multi-location clinics and complicated requests such as, "I need a female physio at the CBD clinic next Tuesday afternoon."

Jane also gives you the option to triage to the correct appointment type by asking qualifying questions like: “Have you been to the clinic or had treatment x before?” or “How many weeks pregnant are you?” Its customisable logic recognises when certain appointment types require multiple bookings, such as pre and post IVF acupuncture, and responds accordingly.

After each call, Jane posts a summary along with a link to the recording or transcript on your dashboard where you can see a range of caller statistics.
