Hello everybody! Bart Lewis here with your weekly Cliniko update. This week was a very exciting one at Cliniko. We had a major feature release and our Xero Integration was included in their add-on directory! More on that in a bit.
This week’s updates were:
Improvements to creating treatment notes.
Improvements to patients without appointments report.
As I mentioned above we made major improvements to creating treatment notes. You can now add a treatment note directly from the appointments screen. The note is automatically created as a draft and is tied to the appointment date and time. We also create a treatment note icon so you can look at your appointment calendar and at a glance tell if you have completed all of your treatment notes. Head on over to our updates and changes post for all the details: https://support.cliniko.com/entries/22661540-Improvements-to-creating-treatment-notes.
The second major announcement is that our Xero Integration was included in their add-on directory! You can see more here: http://www.xero.com/us/add-ons/latest. Also if you enjoy using Cliniko and Xero it would be really great if you could post a review on the Xero website about how much you love Cliniko. You need to be a Xero member as it requires a login. Head over to https://community.xero.com/business/discussion/2783477/ to post a review. We would really appreciate it!
Cliniko customer, NAPA (Neurological and Physical Abilitation) Centres share how their founder, Lynnette LaScala, turned her son’s near-death into a two country, four practice pioneer of children’s intensive therapy with a two-year waiting list.
While you can read the entire AMA over on the Community, we’ve consolidated some of the most popular questions and answers right here on the Cliniko Blog. Read on for a high-level overview of the types of questions that were asked, and Joel’s straight and honest (his words!) answers.
